A Doctor by profession Dr. Ranjana Bansal had to take over the reigns of Telco Dealership business in the year 1989. She did her M.B.B.S. and M S (Obs. & Gyn.) from S.N. Medical College, Agra and then went for higher studies to USA where she gained further specialization and experience on the subject of “Ultrasonography in Obst. And Gyn” . She came back to India in the year 1989 with aspiration of giving best and advanced medical services to women in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Belonging to a affluent business family Ranjana’s parents had ambition to see their daughter giving services to the poor and drown trodden segment of the society….. but destiny had something else in the store for her. It was very the unfateful day of August 5th 1989 when Ranjana lost her only elder brother Ashok Bansal, his wife Shruti and daughter Priyanka in a fatal road accident on Agra Mathura Highway.

This crippled the entire Bansal family as Ashok Ji was the only son of the family and so Ranjana had to join the family business of Telco Dealership with her father. Ashok Ji was survived by a daughter, Pranati 4 years and Bharat 2 years at that time.
